Main Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for a project from concept to completion, which must be aligned with the user's needs and business objectives.

  • Drive key design strategies in relation to the company's vision and user needs.

  • Continuously deepening knowledge around the product to make the right decisions.

  • Leading design processes for products, from concept to completion: Conducting in-depth research, conducting user surveys/interviews, creating user stories, creating empathy mapping, creating user personas, generating ideas and coming up with solutions, For developers, information architecture, user flow creation, wireframe creation, prototype creation, visual design elements creation, design file management and delivery to the desired condition. Design customization and control based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

  • Collaborative work with product owners, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to optimize the design process and adapt to technical constraints.

  • Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions and engage in idea generation and problem solving.

  • Conduct/validate user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design solutions.

  • Mentoring junior and mid-level designers, assisting in their growth and development, and fostering a culture of collaborative work within the team.

  • Creating design systems and taking care of their further development.

  • Work closely with team members to ensure consistency between visual design and UX.

  • Communicate with departments regarding project requirements and needs, and translate the information received into designs.

  • Constantly keeping an eye on design trends and innovations and integrating these methods into everyday use.

  • Finding and applying new design techniques and practices in everyday design.

  • Fulfilling tasks and following instructions set by the Chapter Lead and Product Owner.

  • Managing multiple assignments simultaneously and ensuring delivery within the stipulated time and quality.

  • High sense of responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks and delivered materials.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar position.

  • A portfolio that fully reflects the candidate's work style and experience, demonstrating a visual approach and user-centric solutions.

  • Professional level knowledge of design tools (Figma required).

  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about the product and its technical and operational aspects.

  • Knowledge and experience with Front-end Development technologies and work style. Also, applying this knowledge to the design process.

  • Experience working on, creating and developing design systems.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with diverse teams.


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with developers.

  • Experience working with micro-interactions.

  • Experience working with data-driven design.

  • Experience working with WCAG guidelines and inclusive design products.

  • Additional certifications in UI/UX or other design-related fields.
